W Victory Hotel and Residences

The W Victory Hotel and Residences is one of the first structures in the urban development known as Victory Park, a 72-acre development located just north of downtown Dallas comprised of hotel, retail, residential, office and entertainment uses. In 1999, the EPA named Victory Park as one of the nation’s largest and most successful cleanups of a brownfield (a term for a contaminated area) which was once home to a 100-year-old city dump, a railroad maintenance facility, an aging power plant and a row of abandoned grain silos.
The 780,000-square-foot hotel includes 252 hotel guest rooms, 65 modern luxury residences in two towers, parking for 450 vehicles, a spa and fitness center, and an outdoor infinity edge swimming pool in a two-story, open-air atrium. The 33rd floor features the Ghost Bar, a subsidiary of the popular Las Vegas entertainment destination.
Lehigh white cement was used in the precast panels manufactured by Arkansas Precast of Jacksonville, Arkansas
